The Hi-Torque Diamond Tap Cutter Root Cutter Motor Kit comes complete with the famous s906 geroler type motor. This has always been known as the Contractor Duty motor since it is so tough that it can (and must) hold up to continuous use and constant requirements to do the job. This motor produces more torque than any other motor on the market, bar none. It produces 225 in/lbs. of torque, whereas the other lesser models produce only around 150. It is a heavy weight with high quality stainless steel internal rollers and a super strong front thrust bearing that lasts and lasts.
The kit comes complete with an 8″ diamond tap cutter. The cutter is made with a nice thick steel barrel with a 1/2″ strong back plate. The back plate has laser cut holes to reduce weight. The barrel is 9″ long. Industrial diamond segments are brazed to the barrel for a strong bond. If for any reason a segment shears off just send the tool back and we will replace for free. Only pryor tools can make this promise.
Also included is the Ez Skid STSS-8″ for 8″ pipe. And also a bolt set and Allen wrench to attach the skids to the motor. Available for either 1″ or 3/4″ hose – you choose.
These motors run optimally from 35gpm to 80gpm and from 1200 to 1800 psi.
