The SCARAB T7 is a twin-engine street sweeper mounted on a Freightliner. It’s built for heavy-duty performance, engineered to handle the toughest demands of municipal, highway maintenance, road planing, surface dressing, and construction site applications.

Available with a 105kW or 56kW auxiliary Deutz TCD 3.6 Stage V engine, the T7 delivers 500-hour service intervals and is backed by service partners in over 130 countries. Its compact footprint keeps power density high while maximizing payload potential, with capacity for up to 10,000kg across a 15-18 tonne GVW chassis range.

The T7’s 6.6 cubic meter hopper is built entirely from 4mm stainless steel for corrosion and abrasion resistance, with a reinforced rear door for added strength and a tipping angle of up to 55 degrees for fast, clean emptying. A stainless steel water tank comes standard at 1,650 liters, with 2,000- and 2,500-liter upgrades available for extended run time. Generation 4 CANbus Control System

The T7’s cab features SCARAB’s newest generation 4 CANbus control system, built around an interactive touchscreen display and a redesigned door pod that puts full command of the sweeper’s functions at the operator’s fingertips.

At the touch of a button, operators can switch between four working modes — Eco, Standard, Boost, and Super Boost — to dial in the right balance of power and efficiency for any job. Remote screen lift, screen shaker, and fan-cleaning assist speed up end-of-shift clean-down, while an extensive lighting package keeps the crew visible and safe on every site.
